When you browse
We do not use advertising trackers or cookies to track website visitors. Technical connection information, such as IP address, request time and browser type, may be processed in hosting and security logs to operate and protect the website.
When you register interest
After you consent and submit, Skooly receives your name, phone number, optional email, city and role-specific information. For parents: school name, number of children, pickup area and preferences. For schools: organisation, transport student count and operating model. For operators: company, fleet categories, counts, capacities, amenities and optional indicative fares. We do not request children’s names, contact details or precise home locations. We also record submission time, language, consent version and a campaign identifier if supplied.
How we use your information
The Skooly team uses your request to understand your needs and contact you about availability and a suitable proposal. Information is sent over an encrypted connection and is not publicly displayed. It is not published in a directory or shared with an operator for matching without a subsequent arrangement and consent. Registration does not create a student account, booking or paid subscription.
Retention and your requests
We retain your request information to follow up on your interest and assess service needs, and review retention needs when follow-up ends. To request access, correction, deletion or an end to contact, email mohamed.atef@skooly-eg.com with your reference if available. We may need to verify that the request is yours. Please do not include sensitive or children’s information in your message.

Email links open your mail app and do not send automatically. If you send a message, the team receives your address and the information you include to respond to your enquiry.

Skooly application data
The platform includes experiences for schools, transport providers, drivers, supervisors and parents.
